Redouane is an investment professional, with experience in international banking and development. He worked on political risk issues with the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), a World Bank Group (WB) agency, and served as a contributor to the WB’s flagship report, Doing Business, a report measuring business regulations around the world. http://www.doingbusiness.org). For the last five years, Redouane has been a core member of the Global Transaction Team with the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. In this capacity, Redouane led and managed transaction teams of analysts, industry specialists, counsel, and other professionals for investments in the financial sector in Latin America, South Asia, Middle East and Africa. He’s currently on an assignment in IFC’s regional hub office in Algiers, covering business development and portfolio management for the financial sector in North Africa (banks, insurance, funds). Before his association with the World Bank, Redouane held positions with Arab Bank, a Jordanian Bank, in Algiers, and with Rockcreek Corporation, a private equity firm, in Washington DC. Redouane was also a guest contributor to the largest Algerian daily in French, le Quotidien d’Oran, writing on US-Maghreb relations, and he participated in the founding of the Maghreb Center, a think tank in Washington DC.

Redouane holds a Master of Science degree in International Relations and Development from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from HEC Tunis. He speaks English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
